This recipe is inspired by a famous tea shop in Pune (Chai La Pune), Tandoori chai is a unique variety of Indian tea. In this recipe tea is prepared in the usual Indian way, after that, a clay pot is heated(usually in Tandoor) and prepared tea is poured in the clay pot so that it absorbs flavors of the hot clay pot.

Dragon Claws Oolong Tea is a high grown, handcrafted speciality tea from the Himalayan range of Nepal. The silver tippy leaves with clean, twisted appearance exude an air of luxury, which is reinforced in the brewed cup as well. The liquor has a sweet floral flavour with textural hints of almonds and aroma of fresh flowers and roasted nuts.

  • HOW TO USE

    Put 2.5 gm leaves in an empty cup

    Pour 200 ml water at 90-95 ºC

    Let it steep for 4-5 minutes

    Strain and serve
